The State of the Natural Resources

For many years, the DNR has achieved excellent natural resources management for Wisconsin. As citizens of Wisconsin, we all "know," for example, that our air and water are cleaner and that our forests are healthy. But, can we prove it? And, there are numerous local efforts of good natural resources management and protection about which we might not hear, but that are excellent examples of what is possible if we invest our minds, talents and muscle.

The DNR is very proud to share with you our second "State of the Natural Resources" report. This is our report to you, our partners, on how well we're all doing. We hope that you enjoy this report, and that you will provide us feedback on the report and ideas for future editions.
