Staff Turnover/Job Changes

Are you moving on to a new position or facility? Are you replacing someone who had used the Switchboard before? The Switchboard can help!

Remember: All Switchboard users must have their own unique Wisconsin User ID. You may not use someone else’s ID, nor give yours to someone else. Obtaining a Wisconsin User ID is free and easy to complete. Instructions are provided on the Switchboard Registration link.

Make any changes as follows:

1) Make sure that your contact information is accurate on the Wisconsin User Id system under the Profile Management section.

2) Provide your e-reporting information using the Switchboard Registration process and use the comment blocks to tell us of any changes.
