Tree City USA Certification and Recertification Application for Wisconsin

To apply for Tree City USA status in Wisconsin, you only need to complete the Wisconsin application packet. We have combined the National Arbor Day Foundation forms with our Wisconsin-specific instructions to simplify the process for you. The Wisconsin packet also contains special instructions for applying for the Tree City USA Growth Award. A pdf version of the application is below. Please read it carefully and complete. Attach requested documentation and send the completed application to the appropriate regional urban forestry coordinator. Applications are due December 31 of the year in which your community wishes to be certified.
