For general help or gypsy moth management advice for your property or in your area, call the Gypsy Moth Information Line at 1-800-642-6684 and choose option number 2 from the menu list. This will direct you to a DNR staff person from 7:00am to 10:00pm, seven days per week. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your questions answered.

Please have the following information ready when you call:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The address and county of the property affected by gypsy moth
• A brief description of your affected property (how many acres, how many are wooded, how close are your neighbors, what gypsy moth activity you have been seeing on the property or in the area, etc.)
• Specific questions so we may quickly respond with the most relevant information

If you prefer, you may e-mail the DNR Gypsy Moth Mailbox at DNRFRGypsymoth@wisconsin.gov. In the e-mail, be sure to include all of the information listed above. E-mails are checked frequently and will be answered as soon as possible.
