How to Order Forest Tax Open Land Listings

1. Print the Open Land Listing Order Form (Form 2450-190 Rev. 3-08) [PDF, 26KB].
2. Select from the list the forest tax printouts for each county.
3. Total the amount shown for each printout checked
4. Include shipping and handling ($1.00 per order).
5. Enclose a check for the total amount payable to the Department of Natural Resources.
6. Send the printout back to us with your name and address.
