Black River State Forest

Recreation - Admissions Stickers and Camping Fees

The Black River State Forest is open year round. Vehicle admissions stickers are required to enter designated campgrounds (including the horse campground) and picnic areas. They are not required at the Dike 17 observation tower parking lot or various other lots throughout the property. Additional fees are required to camp.

Half-price annual stickers are available for additional vehicles registered to the same household address.

Fee Waivers

Certain groups and individuals may request waivers for vehicle admission, trail pass and camping fees.
