Hazardous Waste Annual Report

Below is information for hazardous waste generators and treatment, storage and disposal (TSD) facilities that must annually report their hazardous waste activities to the DNR. You will find information on what facilities need to complete the report, instructions and links to the online report forms.

Important Dates

  • Mid-January 2009: Email notification sent to all 2008 hazardous waste and/or air emission inventory reporters
  • Monday, March 2, 2009: Hazardous waste reporting deadline

Getting Ready to Report

  • Read an overview of the annual report information and requirements.
  • If you have not obtained a Web Access Management System (WAMS) ID or reporting authorization for hazardous waste reporting, you will need to complete the two-step process for the DNR Switchboard.
  • Step-by-Step Instructions on how to access hazardous waste reporting on the Switchboard.
  • If you expected to report for a facility and did not see it when you logged on, then you need to send an email message to:
    Waste and Materials Management Program for hazardous waste
    or to
    Ralph Patterson for air emissions inventory reporting.
