Hazardous Waste Annual Report

Below is information for hazardous waste generators and treatment, storage and disposal (TSD) facilities and other facilities that must annually report their hazardous waste activities to the DNR. You will find information on what facilities are required to complete the report, instructions for the report forms and other help materials.

Important Dates

• Mid-January 2012: Email notification sent to all 2011 hazardous waste reporters
• Thursday, March 1, 2012: Hazardous Waste Annual Report due date

Getting Ready to Report

• Read an overview of the annual report information and requirements.
• If you have not obtained a Web Access Management System (WAMS) ID or reporting authorization for hazardous waste reporting, you will need to complete the two-step process for the DNR Switchboard.
• Step-by-Step Instructions on how to access hazardous waste reporting on the Switchboard.
• If you expected to report hazardous waste for a facility and did not see it when you logged on, contact your local Environmental Program Associate.
