Nonmetallic Mining Reclamation Rules, Chapter NR 135 are Now Effective

The rule revision was adopted by the Natural Resources Board at its June 2006 meeting and published in the state register in November. The rules went into effect on December 1, 2006. The revised rule can be obtained at NR 135 [exit DNR].
