Please note: the Wisconsin Hazardous Waste Rules, NR 600 series, have recently been updated (effective August 1, 2006). The information contained in the documents below may provide general information or assistance with hazardous waste; however, some requirements have changed. Please be sure to check the dates indicated in the document numbers/titles below to determine whether they have been updated since the rule revision. Notification of Regulated Waste Activity

  • EPA Form 8700-12 [exit DNR] - Anyone who generates or transports hazardous waste, or owns or operates a facility for the treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous waste is required to notify the department using this form.
