Responsible Unit (RU) and Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) ReportsResponsible Units Recycling Annual ReportResponsible units (RUs) are required by law to submit an annual report to the DNR by April 30 of each year. The annual report confirms a RU's compliance with program criteria, including a report on the tonnage of the recyclable material collected during the previous calendar year. We encourage RUs to complete the form online to make the reporting process easier. 2009 Annual ReportThe 2009 Recycling Accomplishments and Actual Costs Annual Report will be available in late February or early March 2010, with a deadline of April 30. New RegistrationIf you did not register to complete the 2008 Annual Report or 2010 Grant Application online, you can do so at any time following the instructions below. Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Self-CertificationThe 2008 MRF Self-certification form is now available in fillable PDF format. MRFs can fill out the form electronically, but must print and mail a hard copy with a signature. The special deadline for this year only is December 18, 2009. Note: Depending on your version of Adobe Acrobat, you may not be able to save your entries in the fillable PDF. We recommend you review the form and assemble all needed information before filling it out.
The 2009 self-certification will take place on the normal schedule, with the form available in late January or early February and a deadline of March 30, 2010.
