Checklists

The checklists provided below summarize or outline the information required to be submitted in requests for WDNR staff to complete an initial site inspection for a proposed landfill or soil borrow source or in various other submittals related to siting a proposed landfill. DNR staff use these checklists when reviewing the information submitted to determine if the complete information required has been received. If the information provided is not complete, DNR staff inform the landfill applicant in writing that the information is incomplete and identify what information still needs to be submitted. Landfill applicants and consultants also can use these checklists to determine if they have addressed all of the items required to be addressed by the appropriate Wis. Adm. Codes before submitting the information to the DNR.
