What's that down there?

It was on a fall afternoon. And my dad and I were about to go fishing on the lake by our house. I didn't know what to expect because we've never been to this lake before. "I'm so excited" I said on the way.

When we got there, I pulled out the fishing reel from the trunk of the car. But when I was about to throw my line out, I saw something in the water. "What is that," I thought to myself? Maybe it's a key, that unlocks a treasure chest. Or maybe it's a diamond that someone lost." Whatever it was, I guess I 'll never find out, unless I become a scuba diver. But whatever it is, maybe the next person who sees it, will know.
