"The Stump That Swam"

One day my dad and I were out fishing. I was a little guy and didn't know much about fishing. But back to the story, I was out on one of our lakes around our house when my reel started making a zzzzzzzzzzz sound. I had never heard it before. So I thought that I was stuck on a stump. I told my dad to stop the boat but we were not moving. My dad said to set the hook. When I did the biggest bass I've ever seen came jumping out of the water. But my worm flew out of his mouth. I was so mad I didn't fish for the rest of the day.
