Phillips Plastics Corporation EMS Certified to ISO 14001

Phillips Plastic Corporation® is a world-class injection molder of plastics, metal, ceramic, and silicone. Named after the Wisconsin town where its original plant was located, Phillips Plastics employs over 1600 people in 15 plants of which 14 are located in the state of Wisconsin. With their corporate philosophy of “All People Are Important” the company dedicates the time and staff needed to train their workers in day-to-day operations while incorporating respect for the environment. Implementation of an advanced Environmental Management System, by the company, helps to reduce the company’s impact on the environment, a commitment Phillips has expressed for all of their facilities. In April 2008, Phillips Plastics advanced their ideology and the commitment to Wisconsin, by enrolling the first of its facilities, Phillips Medical – New Richmond, in the Wisconsin Green Tier program. By doing so Phillips has committed to work toward superior environmental performance by managing both regulated and unregulated aspects of their operations with continued support for their employees and the communities in which they operate.
