Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP)

The Wisconsin Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP) Eligibility Index is intended as a preliminary review for both the municipality and the consultant prior to submitting an application or a payment request to the Department of Natural Resources.

The eligibility index PDF(53K) addresses the eligibility of many items not explicitly covered within the statutes or codes. However, statutes and codes should be reviewed in conjunction with this index when looking at eligibility questions. The Clean Water Fund Program cost eligibility items are listed in
s. NR 162.04 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code.
