Customer Service and Licensing Electronic Records Request Form
Hunting and fishing license lists are produced annually, in April, for the previous license year. The exceptions to this are Conservation Patron, Sports, and Gun Deer license lists which are refreshed each year at the end of the gun deer season and the end of the license year.
Recreational vehicle files are produced on a semi-annual basis at the end of December and the end of June.
All lists will be screened for name removal in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Act 88. Each list will be provided as a separate fixed length comma delimited (,) text file. A document outlining the file structure will be included with each list.
Payment must accompany each order. Please indicate which lists you wish to receive, complete the information on the form, and enclose payment with your order. Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: The DNR cannot accommodate requests for partial or specialized lists or provide technical assistance on the use of the electronic data files.
