While working on Lake Delton, the wardens observed a canoe capsized throwing two people into the water. The wardens motored to the canoe and rescued the two canoeists from the water. When rescued the two subjects were wearing PFDs that were improperly sized and of little help to them. Both of the subjects had gone underwater several times before the wardens arrived. Neither subject was able to swim.
