For his service on June 20, 1995While on routine summer enforcement in Pepin County Warden Wrasse was requested to assist with a missing swimmer on Lake Pepin. Wrasse arrived at the area and helped in searching the area where the swimmer was last seen. Wrasse repeatedly dove into an area apporximately 10 feet deep in an effort to recover the swimmer. With the assistance of other searchers, the swimmers body was recovered and transported to a local hospital. |
