Warden Nate Kroeplin Recognized with Chief's Mug for Continued Training

Nate took over the recruit warden trapping school training in December 2006. Nate secured instructors and set the agenda for the week. Nate took a fresh look at portions of the training, and made several improvements. Nate created a day of scenario-based training in trapping enforcement that was well received by the attendees. Nate plans on continuing his involvement in this training week in the future. Nate’s training efforts relate to Goal 6 of the Law Enforcement strategic plan “Lead, Adapt and Manage the Organizational to Successfully Achieve the Mission in a Rapidly Changing World and Provide People with Fulfilling Careers.”
