North Branch Milwaukee River Wildlife and Farming Heritage Feasibility Study

The Department of Natural Resources completed a feasibility study (PDF, 2.9MB) of the North Branch of the Milwaukee River and its tributaries in Ozaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties in August, 2002. The environmental assessment was certified on August 1, 2002. The feasibility study was approved by the Natural Resources Board on August 14, 2002 and by Governor Scott McCallum on September 16, 2002.
