Havenwoods State Forest Conditions

Conditions as of Thursday, June 19, 2008:

Two short sections of the self-guided trail are still wet from the recent rains. Short detours for these sections are available. All other trails are clear.

Deer, coyotes, bluebirds, geese, ducks, owls, wild turkeys, and a great egret [exit DNR] can be seen.

We'd like some volunteers to cut buckthorn and remove garlic mustard and teasel. Please contact the Havenwoods office If you are interested in helping.
