Daisy Field CampgroundTwo loops of the Daisy Field Campground offer a total of 123 campsites, 40 of them with electricity. Four group sites, each able to accommodate 30 people will open in 2009. Two of the group sites can accommodate trailers and motor homes and the other two sites are available for tent campers. Shower facilities and a sanitary dump station are open in season. In addition to Potawatomi's Accessible Cabin, the park has two paved, accessible campsites in the south loop of the campground. These sites have paved pathways leading to the toilet/shower facility and are equipped with pedestals for electric hookups. Alert! Only firewood cut in Wisconsin within 50 miles of the park is allowed in Wisconsin State Parks.This rule is aimed at stopping the spread of emerald ash borer and other forest pests. Also, the wood must be used on-site, not transported back out of the park. Please note that Wisconsin has quarantined the entire eastern half of Wisconsin for gypsy moth and the counties of Washington, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, and Ozaukee for the emerald ash borer. The Cabin by the Bay in the south campground is a fully accessible indoor camping facility for persons with disabilities equipped with a lower counter, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two hospital beds, a full-sized sofa sleeper, and two cots provide accommodations for up to six people. Amenities include a bathroom with a wheel-in shower, heating, air conditioning, and a screened porch. A committee of people with disabilities helped design the cabin to make it highly useable by a variety of people. The cabin is one of seven accessible cabins in Wisconsin’s state parks and forests. Paved paths connect parking lot number 2 with the hard surface trail, the shelter building and the water fountain. Accessible campsites: In addition to the cabin, two paved accessible campsites are available in the south loop of the campground.
