Hank Aaron State Trail—13th to 21st streets

Trail segments between 25th and 21st streets and 16th and 13th streets have been developed by the City of Milwaukee with the help of a Wisconsin Coastal Management Grant. Several bump-out areas offer fishing access for people with disabilities.

The segment between 21st and 16th streets was developed by Marquette University adjacent to the university's athletic fields. Many Marquette students use the trail for biking, in-line skating, and walking. Many nearby neighborhood residents use the trail to get to work as well as for recreation. This segment of the trail is also near the Potawatomi Casino and cultural center.
