Camping at Roche-A-Cri State Park

Roche-A-Cri has 41 rustic camping sites. One site is accessible to people with disabilities and has electricity available.

Camping is available May through mid-October. Call the park office for exact dates.

Campers must register at the park office or use the self-registration box in the office parking lot before setting up.

There is a dump station near the office building.

Campsite Reservations

Most sites are reservable, but sites 1 through 4 are first-come, first-served. Reservations are recommended but not required. The campsites fill on most summer weekends. To reserve a site, use the Web or call toll-free (888) WI-PARKS.

Campsite Re-registration Policy

You can reregister for your campsite during park office hours up to the day before the expiration of your camping permit (at 3 p.m.), providing no one else has reserved the site.

Firewood

To prevent the spread of harmful insects, state parks and forests prohibit firewood from anywhere more than 50 miles away or from outside the state. Firewood is for sale at the dump station near the park office during office hours. Proceeds are used for Friends of Roche-A-Cri projects.
