History of Roche-A-Cri State Park

Roche-A-Cri State Park was established in 1948 along with Governor Dodge and Wildcat Mountain State Parks. The park is on State Highway 13 just north of the City of Adams and Village of Friendship in central Wisconsin.

The area was originally acquired as a roadside area by the State Highway Commission in1937.
