Disabled Deer Hunts Sponsor Applications and Participants Lists
Wisconsin law provides for a variety of hunting, fishing, and recreational use permits designed to help people with disabilities enjoy the state’s natural resources. Find out how you can sponsor and/or participate in a gun deer hunt for people with disabilities.
Information for Sponsors
- Please open and print the following three pages of the Application and Authorization to Conduct a Gun Deer Hunt for People
with Disabilities: Application Pages 1-3 (PDF, 129KB)
Please complete the entire application and return it to your local wildlife manager before June 1.

It should be completed by the Sponsor and returned to the address printed on top of
the form by September 1.
Information for Hunters
- The 2008 Disabled Deer Hunt will be October 4 - 12. Hunters are encouraged to contact sponsors (PDF, 80KB) as soon as possible so sponsors can meet the September 1st participation list deadline.
- Hunters must possess a valid Class A, long-term Class B that authorizes shooting from a vehicle, or a Class C Disabled Hunting Permit to be eligible to participate in the Disabled Deer Hunt.
