The current 2009 - 2010 Executive Committee is as follows:

The Executive Council elected Edgar Harvey, Jr. Chairman of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress on May 12, 2006. The Wisconsin Conservation Congress is a statutorily independent advisory organization comprised of Wisconsin citizens elected in their own counties by county residents to represent their counties interest on all natural resources issues on a local and statewide basis to the Natural Resources Board. The Conservation Congress consists of 360 delegates and is responsible for providing grassroots citizen input to the Natural Resources Board.

Chairman Harvey has been the Sheboygan County Surveyor - Highway Engineer for the last 20 years. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice Chair of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress, Secretary of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress, Chairman of the Forestry and Parks Committee, Chairman of the Fur Harvest Committee, and as a member of the Warm Water Study Committee within the Conservation Congress.

Chairman Harvey is involved in local and statewide issues with the Ridge Runners Sportsmen's Club (past president), the Wisconsin Trapper's Association, and the Sheboygan County Conservation Association (past president).

Chairman Harvey is a 1973 graduate of Fox Valley Technical College where he received an Associate degree in Conservation Technology in 1973. He is a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, and a Wisconsin Licensed Engineer.
