Miscellaneous Structures in a Waterway
Question: I want to place a structure or a deposit in a navigable waterway that is not covered under any specific permit applications. Do I need to obtain a permit and/or pay a fee?
Answer: A permit is required for the placement of any structure or deposit in a waterway. A fee is required.
Please follow the steps below to file your application for a Miscellaneous Structures Permit. Open and print BOTH of the following files:
Send the completed application materials, along with the fee and Fee Sheet, to the county where your project is located.
