Public Input Period - OHWM St. Croix RiverOn September 27, 2006, a public hearing was held at the St. Croix County Agricultural Service and Educational Center, 1960 Eighth Avenue, Baldwin, WI 54002, regarding the continuance of a hearing to receive additional information concerning the ordinary high water mark of Lake St. Croix. The additional material submitted during that hearing is available at the links below.The period for submitting factual information for consideration in finding the ordinary high water mark on this waterway is November 17, 2006. Please submit all materials to Dale Simon - DNR, WT/4, PO Box 7921, Madison, WI 53707-7921 by 4:30 PM on that day.
Public Input Period - OHWM St. Croix RiverOn August 31, 2005, a public hearing was held at the St. Croix County Government Center as part of the formal ruling process to identify the OHWM of the Lower St. Croix River adjacent to Pierce and St. Croix Counties. The period for submitting factual information for consideration in finding the ordinary high water mark on this waterway has been extended to November 15, 2005. Please submit all materials to Dale Simon - DNR, FH/4, PO Box 7921, Madison, WI 53707-7921 by 4:30 PM on that day. The complete file on this matter has been scanned and is available below.
