Discount Rate for Wastewater System Facility Planning Analyses
In accordance with s. NR 110.09(1)(a), Wisconsin Administrative Code, the discount (interest) rate to be used in facility planning cost-effective analyses shall be issued by the Department.
The discount rate for the Federal Fiscal year 2011, which applies to facilities plans beginning on or after October 1, 2010, is 4 1/8 percent (4.125%).
Future discount rates will be posted on this page as soon as they become available.
