Clean Water Act Reports and Lists for Congress
The Federal Clean Water Act requires states report the condition of surface water and groundwater in a biennial Water Quality Report to Congress. In 2010 Wisconsin's report will combine the state's general and impaired waters assessments and listings. This report uses an updated Wisconsin Consolidated Assessment and Listing Methodology (WisCALM). Previous reports are available in electronic or paper format: 2006, 2004, 2002, 2000, 1996, 1994, 1992, 1990, 1988, 1987 and earlier. DNR's earlier documents are available for review at the GEF II building, 101 S Webster St, Madison. Later versions are available electronically.
