2008 Impaired Waters List

This 2008 list, required by CWA Section 303d, has not yet been approved by the USEPA and is subject to change prior to the final approval. The 2008 list removes 62 water/pollutant combinations and adds 65 water/pollutant combinations. Read about the 2010 impaired waters listing process.
