Internal DNR Ranking - Materials for DNR StaffInternal topic ranking was conducted by DNR supervisors in May 2008 to prepare the Draft Prioritized Topic List for public feedback. Rankings were also conducted during this stage by a representative from EPA and from the Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS). To conduct the internal ranking, supervisors consulted with their staff and used the worksheet below to rank each topic based on specific criteria. The ranked topics were then placed into prioritized groupings, and were made available from July 8 to August 22, 2008 for public feedback as the Draft Prioritized Topic List. Public Ranking & FeedbackA 45-day public ranking and feedback period for the Draft Prioritized Topic List was held from July 8, 2008 to August 22, 2008. The public was invited to fill out an online survey. This allowed respondants to anonymously select their top 3 priorities from a list of 23 potential topics (below), and indicate why they felt these topics should be priorities for the Department to address in 2008-2011. The Public Ranking Period is now closed. For more information, see the Triennial Standards Review Process Overview web page. For questions, contact Kristi Minahan at 608-266-7055.
