Stats. Many materials can be put to further use or reclaimed for further use, either by your business or another business. Many waste reuse and recycling activities are exempt from solid waste regulation. The Department of Natural Resources also has authority to issue written exemptions to allow and encourage additional reuse and recycling activities.
