Administrative Rules
Administrative rules to control polluted runoff from agricultural, non-agricultural and transportation sources went into effect Oct. 1, 2002. A companion administrative rule,
ATCP 50 [PDF 317KB]
developed by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) also became effective on that date.

The package of eight rules and accompanying documents are available to download below. The core of the rules package is NR 151 that contains the performance standards and prohibitions. Under NR 151 below, you will also find two appendices regarding the estimated costs of implementing the performance standards.
